We charge a flat $60 diagnostic fee for all hardware assessments. This fee is fully applied toward your final repair or service cost if you choose to proceed with our recommendation.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Most cleaning and diagnostic services are completed within 24-48 hours. Custom builds generally take 1-4 business days depending on component availability and the complexity of your request.

Do you offer on-site service in the Chicago area?

Yes! We provide door-to-door tech care throughout Chicago. A door-service fee will apply based on your specific location and the scope of the hardware service needed.

Are replacement parts included in the price?

Our service rates cover labor and our artisanal technical expertise. Any replacement parts or custom hardware components are billed separately at current market value to ensure transparency.
